As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the international development and management of our digital communication strategies & tools for all brands within HotSwop performance parts, aligned with business and marketing objectives from beginning to end. You are an excellent collaborator, managing projects, and building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product Marketing and Brands to ensure the success of all digital initiatives? Then you are the person we are looking for!

• build cross-departmental insight dashboards from sales through to campaign KPI measurement
• help analyze & execute the implementation of Marketing tools and digital platforms
• analyze digital marketing data across all communication channels, developing channel best practices and guidelines
• maintain campaign performance reporting and testing, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities
• help design Go-To-Market digital strategies and translate them into an effective, holistic digital marketing strategy
• help develop digital content strategies ensuring consistent storytelling across digital channels in line with the brand values
• identify cross-departmental challenges to help develop structured process solutions
• help provide hand-on support with regards to control and care of the regional subsidiary markets
